Customer Service Specialist-Full time

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory, facilitating the smooth operation of the entire supply chain process.

• Responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse, including but not limited to goods receipt, counting, and dispatch.

• Maintain close contact with customers to understand their order and logistics needs, providing timely solutions.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.


Job Requirements

• Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Proficient in computer office software, such as Excel, Word, and ERP management systems.

• Demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to solve problems and handle emergencies.

• Chinese, German, and English in good working knowledge

• Students studying supply chain/warehousing/logistics/international trade or individuals with relevant work experience are preferred.
